The Mills County Board of Supervisors on July 14 adopted Ordinance 26-06, titled “Residential Care Facilities,” formally creating Chapter 20 of the Mills County Ordinances. Supervisor Jack Sayers moved to approve the ordinance on its second reading and Supervisor Lonnie Mayberry seconded; the motion passed on a recorded vote of Ayes-3 Nays-0.
