Cloud County reviews elevator replacement bids and confirms PUMP Act lactation requirement

County staff presented two facilities and personnel items during the June 29 meeting. County Clerk Shella Thoman briefed commissioners on the federal PUMP Act requirement that employers provide private spaces for pumping breast milk and reasonable break time for up to one year after birth. The board was informed of the obligation but did not take further action during the session.
