Recorder Kylie Mitchell told the Clinton County Board of Commissioners on July 21 that a corrected proposal from US Imaging would digitize the county's deed and miscellaneous records dating back toward the 1830s and total $222,333.16. She said the contract covers Stage 1 and Stage 2 work (digitization and image cleanup) but not Stage 3 indexing, which the recorder's office plans to undertake in-house because of cost.
