The Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board approved a bulk variance application from William and Kathleen Rode for property at 536 Lakeview Drive (Block 45, Lot 4.01) at its Dec. 4 regular meeting. The applicants were sworn in and described a proposal to expand the first floor to improve ease of access. Planner Ashton Jones noted that he did not produce a letter for the file; the board posed no substantive questions.
