City Manager Bill Reid presented Resolution No. 2296 proposing bylaws for the Parks & Recreation Board that were modeled on the Economic Development Commission's bylaws. Councilors identified inconsistencies between the proposed bylaws and existing city code and directed the Parks & Recreation Board to review and correct the draft before returning it to council.
