Fiorelli said he has drafted the missing notice of decision and that the applicant is currently reviewing the draft. He characterized the item as a procedural follow-up rather than a reopening of the underlying permit decision.
The commission did not take new action on the permit at the meeting. Fiorelli said staff will move forward with sending the finalized notice after the applicant completes its review.
