Courtney, speaking during the meeting’s public-comment period, gave an update on a recent Ida Blueprint regional housing listening session that was held with about 15 attendees. She said the session gathered locally sourced data on housing needs that the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) had not reflected in its own figures, and county representatives provided IHDA with additional local data for the 10-year housing needs assessment.
