Union City adopts interior property maintenance code after third reading
The Union City Council passed the third reading of 'ordinance number 20 26 dash 0 0 2,' enacting an interior property maintenance code intended to strengthen enforcement of building and nuisance standards; staff said existing enforcement will continue and an inspector (Kyle) will gain expanded authority to enforce the new code.
