The Fitchburg Plan Commission on July 21 approved a slate of land‑use items including rezonings, conditional uses and a preliminary plat that will allow farm parcels to be divided, enable a horse‑boarding operation to remain in place under a conditional use permit, and move forward a large mixed‑use subdivision.
