Lawnside council introduces redevelopment amendment and index-rate ordinance
The Lawnside Borough Council on April 1 introduced Ordinance 03-2026 (an amendment to the redevelopment plan for Area I north of Oak Avenue) and Ordinance 04-2026 (an index-rate/cap-bank measure under N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14). Both were introduced by roll call after motions by Ronald DeAbreu and seconds by Rhonda Wardlow-Hurley.
