Board approves MOU with Waterloo to explore land swap for county roads facility relocation
Black Hawk County approved a memorandum of understanding with the City of Waterloo to evaluate exchanging property to enable relocation of the county roads facility at Longfellow. The MOU allows phased relocation, potential sites of about 15 acres near the Waterloo Air and Rail Park, and next steps include design work and an RFP for architectural services.
