Council repeals obsolete sign-code sections and accepts low bid for utility tractor

Planning staff proposed repealing sections 16-507 and 16-508 of the Maize municipal code because they conflict with the updated sign code and contain outdated pricing; staff clarified that up-to-date pricing remains in the sign code and the repeal removes the obsolete duplicate ordinance language. Council moved, seconded and approved the repeal by voice vote.
