River Ridge supervisors adopt Resolution 2025‑02 to elect officers

Bob Schultz, chair of the River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors, was re‑elected to the board’s chairmanship Nov. 19 when the board adopted Resolution 2025‑02 to elect and remove district officers.
Cleo Adams, the district manager, presented Resolution 2025‑02 and Terry Mountford nominated a slate that named Schultz as chair, Mountford as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Terry Mountford, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution with all members voting in favor.
The resolution also confirmed that several prior appointments remain unchanged, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer. The action formalizes officer assignments for the district’s administrative year.
The board did not alter other standing appointments during the meeting and did not attach additional conditions to the resolution.
