Ocean Ridge delays action on artificial-turf rules until state DEP regulations are final
Commissioners held a first-reading discussion of Ordinance 2026-02 to remove front-yard and percentage restrictions on artificial turf but, after staff and residents raised environmental and enforcement concerns and noted pending state DEP rules, the commission agreed by consensus to pause and return the item for first reading in July.
