City staff and counsel updated the board on follow-up steps for the Gateway Project Phase 2 after concerns were raised about completed work. The city's design team and contractor stakeholders have established a testing methodology for the construction work; samples have been submitted to UES Laboratories in Pensacola, and counsel said testing is expected to conclude by December 31.
