Griffo initial plan moves toward preliminary review after informal presentation
Representative Joe Honkala presented Joe Griffo’s initial subdivision plan to the Sharon Planning Commission on Dec. 9; surveyor Rob Townsend answered questions about layout and abutters, and the commission directed the applicant to coordinate with Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki for Preliminary Plan Approval. A motion to end the informal review passed unanimously.

On Dec. 9, 2025 the Sharon Planning Commission received an informal initial plan review for property owned by Joe Griffo. Representative Joe Honkala presented the submission materials and explained possible future sales of the proposed subdivided parcels.
