Commissioners took testimony from property owners and representatives but recorded no formal decisions on the protests during the session.

The Box Butte County Board of Equalization convened at 9:00 a.m. June 29, 2026, in the Commissioner Board Room at the County Courthouse in Alliance. Chairperson Steve Burke, Commissioners Brett Ditsch and Mike Sautter were present. The board accepted the agenda by a 3-0 vote after Commissioner Mike Sautter moved to approve and Commissioner Brett Ditsch seconded.
