The chair announced and the commission approved a resolution establishing a temporary six-month moratorium on the submittal, consideration and approval of data-center rezonings to give county planners, the county attorney and state officials time to consult and refine local standards. The motion was made by Commissioner Williams and seconded by Commissioner Leger, and the body approved it by voice vote.
