The Key Colony Beach City Commission unanimously adopted Ordinance 2024‑491 on Sept. 19, increasing monthly sewer fees. Commissioner Tom Harding moved adoption on second and final reading; City Clerk Silvia Roussin confirmed the ordinance was adopted and will take effect per its terms.
