Story County opens bids for Hickory Grove Beach improvement project
At its July 21 meeting the Story County Board of Supervisors opened sealed bids for the Hickory Grove Beach improvement project; bids ranged from about $1.17 million to $2.05 million. Staff said engineers will review the submissions and that the bids will go to the conservation board in August.

The Story County Board of Supervisors opened sealed bids July 21 for the Hickory Grove Beach improvement project and recorded six proposals. County staff read each bidder and their submitted amount before telling the board the bids will be reviewed with engineers and brought to the conservation board in August for further consideration.
