Code board orders compliance for unpermitted stucco work and issues orders over trailer storage
The board found a 7926 Pine Tree Lane contractor started stucco work without an issued permit and ordered compliance by Sept. 24; the board also addressed repeat trailer parking complaints and ordered compliance deadlines for two properties with fines possible if not corrected.

At the Aug. 28 meeting the town’s code enforcement officer, Eric Richwagen, presented several property cases involving construction without permits and vehicles or trailers stored in prohibited locations.
