ARB discusses Vision Zero, state housing changes and upcoming development design guidelines

Staff reported the town will soon award a contract to develop development design guidelines for housing and mixed-use projects, a project board members previously requested.
The board agreed to consider changes to applicant submittal checklists (for example rethinking the LEED checklist in favor of metrics aligned with the town’s stretch-code expectations) as an item for a future retreat or work session.
