The Potlatch City Council approved a request from Brian Points, owner of Riverview Manufactured Home Park (730 Ponderosa Drive), to allow RVs in three currently vacant spaces on month‑to‑month leases. Points told the council that recent improvements at Riverview include sewer hook‑ups, new water sub‑meters and road grading. He proposed 30‑ or 60‑day leases with requirements including skirting for RVs, a maximum of two vehicles per space and background checks.
