Acushnet panel issues Certificate of Compliance despite concerns over vegetative cover

Attorney Jim Marsh appeared for Shane and Courtney Tracy and asked the commission to issue a Certificate of Compliance for work completed at 185 Mount Pleasant Road, saying the work was performed "in substantial compliance with the approved plan set." Commission members who inspected the site said grading and riprap work generally met expectations but several noted that vegetative cover on slopes was not yet at the commission’s 70% standard (estimates ranged from about 40–50%).
