The Town of Fishkill Zoning Board of Appeals accepted application ZB26-002 on July 21, 2026 and scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The application seeks multiple area variances for a proposed 12-by-25-foot addition to an existing detached garage at 2 Sandra Place (tax map parcel 6255-12-905560, a 0.39-acre lot in the R-20 zoning district). The chair read the application and setback calculations aloud during the meeting.
