Staff reports delays in outfall screening and progress on Dan Gamble drain dye testing

Staff member (MCM) told the board that frequent rain events have limited opportunities for required outfall sampling because protocol requires waiting 72 hours after a rain event to enter creeks for samples. The staff update said the current five-year permit cycle for receiving waters is complete and that the program aims to sample the reservoir and additional segments of Wildcat Creek when windows allow.
