Staff reports delays in outfall screening and progress on Dan Gamble drain dye testing

The staff update said the current five-year permit cycle for receiving waters is complete and that the program aims to sample the reservoir and additional segments of Wildcat Creek when windows allow.
On the Dan Gamble drain dye-testing investigation, staff said the final system that required replacement has received a permit and is awaiting installation; the health department indicated it is satisfied with observed progress. Staff cautioned that if work were to stop, enforcement actions would follow, but at present the project is moving toward resolution.
