The Town Commission adopted Ordinance 2026‑03 on second reading to update chapter 67 (building and building regulations), division on occupancy limitations and reasonable‑accommodation procedures, to include certified recovery residences and to align town procedures with the referenced Florida statute. Staff told the commission the ordinance passed first reading previously and recommended approval on second reading without change.
