As chair of the planning commission reported, the commission met on July 13, approved a sign permit for a business identified in the packet as "9 Ladies Dancing" in the PID, and set a public hearing for a conditional use permit for the Gasarovsky commercial condominiums at 233 Innovation Drive for Aug. 3. The chair said it was a short meeting but flagged the public hearing for the board's calendar.
