River Ridge to deploy speed radars, consider golf-cart signage after traffic assessment
The district reviewed its Traffic Calming Assessment 2025 and will deploy three permanent and one mobile speed radar signs in early February, consider "Do not pass" golf-cart signs, and remove vegetation obscuring a speed limit sign at Southern Hills Drive.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs reviewed the draft Traffic Calming Assessment 2025, describing Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategies and early education-based road, bike and golf-cart safety measures implemented by Mr. Conway. Staff said speeding violations have decreased and that three permanent and one mobile speed radar signs will be placed across the property in the first week of February.
