Selectboard ratifies warrants, payroll and multiple administrative authorizations
Summary
At its March 16 meeting the Selectboard approved multiple warrants totaling several tens of thousands of dollars, ratified payroll, authorized a VTrans Signs grant application and a FY27 Grants in Aid LOI, signed the VTrans TA-60 financial plan and the 2026 MRGP annual report, and recorded several reappointments and short-term lister appointments.
The Selectboard approved a series of accounts payable warrants: AP Warrant 2045 for $37,189.14; 2046 for $4,627.58; 2047 for $8,931.18; 2048 for $13,955.63; 2049 for $11,153.40; 2050 (ACH) for $269.87; AP Warrant 2051 from the Old School House Fund for $3,320.46; and 2052 for $2,947.50. The board also ratified payroll for the period Feb. 22–Mar. 7, 2026 with a cash draw of $25,014.81. Each warrant motion was made and approved as recorded in the minutes.
The board authorized several administrative filings and approvals with votes recorded 2-0-0 where noted (Ted Austin absent): submission of a 100% funded VTrans Signs package application to improve work-zone safety; submission of the FY27 Grants in Aid Letter of Intent; signing of the VTrans TA-60 Annual Financial Aid Plan; and authorization for the Town Administrator to sign and submit the 2026 MRGP Annual Report Form. The Selectboard also approved multiple appointments and reappointments (see list below).
