Brittany Kelton presented a survey and supporting plan for a boundary-line adjustment during the Development Review Board session on Feb. 10, 2026. Dana Colson identified a discrepancy in the acreage listed on the survey; Kelton agreed to have the surveyor correct the figure and add a signature block. The board voted to approve the application subject to those revisions.
