At a regular meeting on March 9, 2026, the Sharon Conservation Commission recorded that Scott Chesnut is stepping down as chair. The commission moved to appoint Erik Skarsten and Troi Perkins as co-chairs; the minutes state, "Motion made for Erik and Troi to be Co-Chairs. Scott seconded." Erik, who served as vice chair, agreed to prepare the next agenda and submit it for posting.
