Council member (Speaker 3) reported sizable potholes and "choke holes" on Industrial and Birch Road and asked that Public Works perform patching. "There is a need of repair on Industrial And Birch Road. Pretty good size. Choke holes there and everything needs to be needs to be patched up," the council member said.
