Owner at 395 S 200 E told to apply for permit after unpermitted accessory structure found
Owner Wes Von Rolleston acknowledged an accessory structure on his property was unpermitted; the council directed him to submit a building permit application and have the county inspector determine required modifications. Council voted 4-0 to require the permit and inspection.

Code Enforcement Officer Trevor Peterson was unable to attend the meeting. Property owner Wes Von Rolleston appeared and acknowledged the accessory structure on his property had not been permitted. He told the council that four loads of debris and materials had been removed to the City dumpster as previously directed and said the structure "was clean inside and contained no junk or animals."
