Council adopts subdivision ordinance changes requiring developers to list utilities

Planning Commissioner Talon Gadd presented the Planning Commission's recommended revisions to Monroe's Subdivision Ordinance, prepared with assistance from Kendall Welch of Jones and DeMille Engineering. The commission reviewed the roughly 90-page document and suggested targeted edits.
