The Pasco County Planning Commission handled several consent agenda items and continuances at its July 8 meeting. Members approved consent items PC‑7 (rezoning by Roosevelt Commons LLC) and PC‑9 (variance by Lee Florida LLC to reduce a side setback from 75 feet to 15 feet); a commissioner declared a conflict and abstained on items where they had involvement.
