Commissioners approve Secure Rural Schools allocation consistent with historic distribution

Matt (county staff) summarized the requirement and said the recommended distribution had worked well in past years. "Right now, the county has a $160,000 budgeted for a reset on that," Matt said. Commissioner Kevin said he had been on vacation when the item arose but supported moving forward with the historical allocation. The board moved and approved the election and allocation by voice vote.
