The Lake City Council waived the second reading, approved the third reading and adopted Ordinance 420, rezoning two properties: 115 W Main St (from C-1 to R-2) and 108 S Michigan St (from R-1 to R-2). The motion was made by Council member Vogt and seconded by Council member Bruns; roll call votes by Vogt, Bruns, Wilson and Gorden were recorded as ayes, with Daniel absent.
