The full story
The transcript includes an exported view from the state ePlan Maintenance of Effort test for Van Buren County. The export lists school fund revenue line items (e.g., Current Property $610,000; Trustee's Collections $20,000; Cir Clk collections $5,600) and shows computed differences against prior-year inputs. The screen capture/view includes the label 'Moffitt, Joan' as an on-screen field, but the record does not attribute speech to that name.
