Van Buren County adopts two-year moratorium on data centers

Commissioner Dusty Madewell moved and Commissioner Kenny Smith seconded a resolution described in the minutes as a "temporary (2 yr.) moratorium on the Construction, development, establishment, or operation of Data Centers within Van Buren County." The full commission voted yes on a roll call and the motion passed; the resolution is recorded as Resolution Number 506.
