Jackson County commissioners voted unanimously on July 1, 2026, to approve Order No. 182‑26, authorizing Purchase Order No. 87347 with Western Emulsions Inc. for Earthbind 100. County Administrator Danny Jordan told the Board that the Roads and Parks Department needs Earthbind 100 for the Surface Stabilization Program and that the product is available locally only through Western Emulsions Inc.
