City Administrator LeaAnn Myers presented Ryan Bradfield’s Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) application and the projected timeline for construction. Councilmember Ben Cochran expressed general support, but City Attorney Robert Myers advised that foundation work done prior to the program’s start should be excluded from eligible work under the program.
