Councilmembers reviewed Resolution 302, which would authorize the City to execute an agreement with the Kansas Municipal Energy Agency for the Ninnescah Flats Solar Project. City Attorney Robert Myers asked for additional time to get outstanding questions answered, and the council tabled the item until the next meeting for further review.
