City attorneys and contractor representatives confirmed Pedro Falcon Electrical Contractors is doing business as Pedro Falcon Contractor and that a single corporate entity will be the general contractor and contract signatory.

Commissioners pressed the contractor for clarity on which company would sign the public contract. Christian Brisson explained that the original company, Pedro Falcon Electrical Contractors, is doing business as Pedro Falcon Contractor under the same corporation and that the General Contractor license and signatory authority reside with a single company.
