Members of the Continuous Improvement Advisory Committee, which includes Oregon Transportation Commission members and ODOT staff, reviewed a draft template intended to report on the agency’s largest projects. The draft covers project purpose, scope by phase, funding tables, authorization versus spend, schedule and delivery risks; staff used the I‑5 (Coogler/Delaney) widening in Region 2 as an example.
