Planning Board adopts new subdivision activity reporting format
Summary
Following earlier discussion, the Pitt County Planning Board unanimously approved the Subdivision Activity Report format presented by staff to guide how subdivision activity will be reported to the board going forward.
Planning Director Jonas Hill presented several options Feb. 18 for how subdivision activity should be reported to the Planning Board following a discussion at the January meeting. After considering staff’s prepared options, the board voted unanimously to approve the Subdivision Activity Report as presented (motion by Lyman Hardee, seconded by Sharon Gray).
Board members did not request additional modifications during the meeting; staff will implement the agreed reporting format for future updates to the board.
