Parks and public works staff presented a Johnson Park sidewalk and landscaping improvement plan funded by a private (anonymous) donor. Committee members reviewed the scope — converting an asphalt path to concrete (6 ft wide, 5 in thick), new plantings, bench pads and minor demolition — and confirmed the village's maintenance role if the project proceeds.
