District reports steady construction progress on referendum projects

District staff gave the board a construction update tied to the 2024 elementary upgrade referendum. At the State Road site staff said masons were finishing block work and crews were preparing to close up the roof; interior trades would follow. At the Hogan site, foundations on the north portion were complete and work on the kitchen and public-facing areas continues; precast panels and electrical coordination were reported as near-term items.
