City staff presented an on‑call professional services agreement with Antero Group LLC that would make planning, civil engineering, GIS and grant‑writing support available to the city on an as‑needed basis. The presenter said the agreement “establishes an on‑call relationship only and does not obligate the city to utilize any minimum amount of services,” and that individual projects would be authorized by separate task orders and funded from departmental budgets.
